IMPAC3T-IP Academy™ Online Train-the-Trainer: How to train
The IMPAC3T-IP™ Academy is a certified and subsidised training programme that introduces the IMPAC3T-IP Toolbox and offers the opportunity to become a certified toolbox user. The Train-the-Trainer sessions are designed for certified users who wish to deepen their expertise and become qualified to deliver the IMPAC3T-IP™ Academy themselves.
The train the trainer session for How to train will take place online on 22 October from 14:00-16:30 CEST.
The training will introduce the core principles and practical skills needed to design and deliver active learning sessions using the IMPAC3T-IP Toolbox. Participants will explore how adults learn and how trainers can use clear presentations, active open questions, practical exercises, discussion, reflection and feedback to help learners apply the Toolbox, rather than simply receive information about it.
As the foundation for the subsequent scenario-based sessions, the training will prepare participants to work across all scenarios and adapt their delivery to different audiences, levels of experience and training environments.
