IMPAC3T-IP Academy™ Online Train-the-Trainer: Classical Plus Toolbox
The IMPAC3T-IP™ Academy is a certified and subsidised training programme that introduces the IMPAC3T-IP Toolbox and offers the opportunity to become a certified toolbox user. The Train-the-Trainer sessions are designed for certified users who wish to deepen their expertise and become qualified to deliver the IMPAC3T-IP™ Academy themselves.
The train-the-trainer session will take place online on 16 October from 10:30-12:30 CEST.
The training will focus on how trainers can use the Classical Plus tools and training resources (presentation slides, case studies and exercises) to design and deliver their own ‘Learning Outcomes-based’ virtual and in-person training to small groups of trainees, covering the toolset’s approach to non-patent intellectual assets and societal-impact-driven licensing.
Participants will ideally have attended an IMPAC3T-IP Classical Plus ‘user’ workshop and have some exposure to different training environments (virtual and in-person).
Train-the-Trainer Learning Outcomes
- Understand how to deliver the Classical Plus training, including how to structure the session, present the materials effectively, and explain the framework clearly to different audiences.
- Build confidence in facilitating engaging and interactive sessions, using exercises, discussions and the provided materials to encourage participation and adapt the training to different contexts.
- Develop the skills to independently train and support others, including expanding the basic training into longer workshops and helping other trainers confidently deliver the programme.
