IMPAC3T-IP Academy™ Online Train-the-Trainer: Crisis Toolbox
The IMPAC3T-IP™ Academy is a certified and subsidised training programme that introduces the IMPAC3T-IP Toolbox and offers the opportunity to become a certified toolbox user. The Train-the-Trainer sessions are designed for certified users who wish to deepen their expertise and become qualified to deliver the IMPAC3T-IP™ Academy themselves.
The train the trainer session for the Crisis Toolbox will take place online on Wednesday 21 October from 13.30-15.00 CEST.
The training will focus on how trainers can use the Crisis tools and training resources (PowerPoint slides, case studies, and exercises) to design and deliver their own ‘Learning Outcomes-based’ virtual and in-person training for small groups of trainees.
Participants will ideally have attended an IMPAC3T-IP Crisis ‘user’ workshop and have some exposure to different training environments (virtual and in-person).
Train the Trainer Learning Outcomes:
- To have a strong overview of the Crisis toolbox and how it can be translated into training materials and sessions.
- To be confident in expanding the core agenda into longer, more interactive sessions using group exercises and case studies.
- To appreciate the skills that a trainer will need to design and lead a strong training workshop to ensure adult learning and retention.
